ISO 7380-2 is the standard for button head screws with a flange, but we applied a hexalobular/Torx socket. ISO 7380-1 is the version without a flange and we also have hexagon socket versions of both.
It consists of 69 unique sizes from M3 to M10 and comes in four materials. The latest revision is from 2011. You can purchase hexagon version of the standard here.

SOLIDWORKS version:
DEMCON has over 100 engineers that make use of the 3D models from CAD Booster and the response has been great. The hodgepodge library from the past is replaced by a consistent set of models, which saves us time and money.

European engineers love DIN standards, but most DIN standards were withdrawn in 1992. Most of them have an ISO replacement.
We only offer fasteners for active standards because we purchase the standard document and use it as a source for our fastener models.
Lock and spring washers do not work well so their standards are withdrawn without a replacement.
We were tired of scrolling through endless lists of fasteners in SOLIDWORKS, so we built Lightning. Lightning makes it easy to add, edit and replace fasteners.
Just open the filter, pick a type, size and material, then drag the file into your assembly. Lightning will add a washer and/or a pattern for you.
