Supported table types
Drew supports most table types in SOLIDWORKS:
- Bend tables
- Bill of materials
- Cut lists
- General tables
- Hole tables
- Revision tables
- Weld tables
Change your table settings
Op the Settings window, select a Blueprint and click the Tables tab to view your preferred tables. For each table, you can pick a user-friendly name, a preferred table corner and whether to add that table to a new drawing.
Certain table types have a few more settings.
What does the ‘Automatic’ option mean for the table corner?
Don’t you have it when this happens? Yeah, so do we.
SOLIDWORKS stores the location of a table anchor in the sheet format, but it stores the orientation of the table in the table templates.
People often don’t know this, so we tried to make table anchors smarter.
When you select the Automatic option, we will check if the table actually fits on the sheet and change the table orientation when necessary.
