Great defaults

Our Fastener Models have great defaults, as you can see from our free sample models. The files have consistent file names, are grouped per material+finish and have custom properties and mate references. The models are native SOLIDWORKS parts so you can modify them if you like.

Customize file names, custom properties and sizes

Good defaults are great, but most companies have existing workflows and requirements for their fastener models. A new library needs to match those requirements. That’s where our customization services come in.

We have written custom software to create these fastener models and we have been finetuning this software for nearly a decade. If you want to make changes, we modify this software or its data, do a few rounds of testing, then we create the full export just for you.

We do this regularly, so our customization projects have a fixed price. If your requests fall far outside of the normal scope, we’ll let you know and we’ll create a special price.

What can you customize?

Basically anything:

  • The part template
  • Custom properties
  • Materials and finishes
  • File names
  • Additional diameters and length, outside of the standard
