How to fix license issues

If you have license issues or if your license is acting strangely, first open the license manager.

You can open this window via Tools > Drew > License Key:

Or click the License Key button in the Drew task pane:

The home page of the License Manager looks like this:

Now, click Fix license issues.

First, try the Reload button. Drew now downloads the latest version of the license from our license server. This usually fixes things.

If that doesn’t work, press Deactivate to remove the entire license from your PC and to remove the activation from our server.

Don’t worry, your paid license is safe. You only have to activate your pc again.
