How to fix license issues
If you have license issues or if your license is acting strangely, first open the license manager.
You can open this window via Tools > Drew > License Key or using the License Key button in the Drew task pane.
The license manager window looks like this:
We need the two buttons at the bottom. First, try the Reload button. Drew now asks the license server for the latest version of the license.
If that doesn’t work, press Unregister to remove the entire license from your PC and to remove the activation from our server.
Don’t worry, your paid license is safe. You only have to enter your serial number (which is emailed to you after purchase) and press Register to activate your pc again.
