Installing Lightning

Installing Lightning is very easy:

  1. Close SOLIDWORKS
  2. Download the installer here: https://cadbooster.com/lightning/
  3. Double-click the .exe file to start the installer
  4. Click Next, Next, Next
  5. Start SOLIDWORKS

You need to be an admin on your PC to be able to install SOLIDWORKS add-ins. More about that here.
